The Pastore Center Demolition Project involved the safe and strategic demolition of 185,000 square feet across five structurally compromised buildings to prepare the site for future redevelopment. The scope of work included comprehensive site assessments for soil, groundwater, and hazardous material abatement; complete demolition of building structures and systems; subsurface investigations; removal of tunnels and foundations; utility termination; and final site grading and surface restoration to support future development plans.
