The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) provides strategic leadership and support to the State of Rhode Island in capital planning, facilities management, and real estate services. In partnership with state agencies, DCAMM develops and maintains sustainable, fiscally responsible facilities and real estate solutions that support operational goals and serve the needs of employees and the public.
DCAMM oversees the state’s real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of state-owned properties, while promoting the effective stewardship of public assets.
