The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is committed to providing comprehensive and strategic support to the State of Rhode Island in the areas of capital planning, facilities management, and real estate services.  Our primary objective is to collaborate with state agencies to design and maintain forward thinking, sustainable buildings that cater to the needs of the clients, agencies, and the employees we serve.    DCAMM’s mission is to work collaboratively with fellow agencies to develop and implement fiscally responsible building and real estate solutions that align with their strategic goals.  We strive to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for the citizens of Rhode Island by leveraging our expertise in facilities management and maintenance.  An integral part of DCAMM’s mission is to provide innovative and fiscally responsible solutions for state agencies through sustainable building practices and effective facilities management. 

Our team of professionals provides exceptional services that promote sustainability, energy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.  We work closely with state agencies to identify their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives. From designing and constructing new buildings to maintaining and managing existing facilities, DCAMM is committed to delivering high-quality services.

In addition, DCAMM is responsible for managing the state's real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, disposal and leasing of state-owned properties. We work closely with state agencies to identify their real estate needs and develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
