Louis Pasteur & Benjamin Rush HVAC Project Overview: Improvements to the Louis Pasteur and Benjamin Rush HVAC systems have been well planned and designed to meet strict performance standards over an extended life cycle. This HVAC upgrade project includes the installation of a new CUB (Central Utility Building) which will house major HVAC mechanical equipment to service both buildings. Major electrical upgrades will support this equipment. This project presents several challenges, not the least of which is working in a fully occupied building. To accommodate the tenants, this project will be phased by dividing each building up in thirds. This will allow work to proceed at a steady pace while allowing the tenants to remain on-site and delivering a finished project that meets energy efficient standards for many years to come. Central Utility Building (CUB) installed outside to house HVAC equipment. Along with upgrades to building electrical systems to accommodate new equipment and the Installation of new HVAC and fan coil units.
