State Identification Card/Badge Access

DCAMM oversees identification card issuance and badge access for State employees, contractors and vendors on the Capitol Hill Campus in Providence, the Pastore Center Campus in Cranston, and the Stedman Government Center in Wakefield. For all new ID Card/Badge applications, please contact the appropriate campus administrator below.
