Service Level Agreements

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), in cooperation with all State Agencies, is developing agency specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) designed to deliver consistent and cost-effective facilities related services to you, our client customers.

DCAMM’s Integrated Facilities Management (FM) team will work with you and your staff to identify facility related services you would like to receive such as janitorial, pest control, trash removal, elevators and security to name a few, that not only meet your agency’s needs but exceed your expectations. These services will be documented in a matrix format with roles and responsibilities and frequency of service identified for each task. As a living document, an SLA allows for revisions should circumstances change for either party over time.

With this information, DCAMM will begin working in partnership with your SLA Manager to develop a draft SLA that will provide a mutually agreed upon set of facility maintenance standards, consistent communication, achievable expectations and performance metrics for evaluating and measuring your SLA’s effectiveness. With your participation and guidance, we will create a partnership designed to deliver efficient and cost-effective services for your facilities so you and your staff can concentrate on the operational aspects of your business.
